The Sports Leaders Level 2 award is a qualification that provides students with vital skills in leadership and other areas, which will look fantastic on their CV. The course is a perfect fit for Level 3 Sport Coaching students. This qualification will help to boost their employability and give them a range of skills for future education. The course content includes building leadership skills, planning and assisting in leading sports activities and events, and leading sessions in the community. Once qualified and aged 16 or over, students will be able to lead a session with indirect supervision and will be responsible for maintaining its safety. The Inspire Arts Trust will provide extra help to deliver parts of the award and will handle all the administration, including providing student packs and training tutors.
