If for any reason your print credit account is showing as being in deficit e.g. -£0.40, any top up will be reduced by the deficit, so if you need to do £3.00 worth of printing and you are already showing as being in deficit of -£0.40 then you will need to top up with a greater amount e.g. £4.00, which will give you a remaining credit of £3.60.
- This will generate an email which will be sent to the relevant campus library to credit your account.
- Please allow 24hrs for the credit to show on your account. Your campus library will notify you via Teams when this has been done. N.B. If you need your account to be topped up immediately during library opening hours then please, after paying via the portal, report to the campus library help desk for assistance.
- Please note that if you top up outside of Library opening hours, your account will not be credited until the next working day.
